If you’ve joined coaching programs in the past you’ve likely experienced what I call “Information Overkill”.

The coach puts you on a standardized, linear path where you’re forced to watch hours of generic training - with no consideration for your personal situation or unique business.

The result is you feel overwhelmed and confused, spending more time watching training than actively building your business.

The Collective is different. There is no fixed path you're forced to follow. Instead, I’ll assess where you’re at and what you need to be doing right now to grow your coaching business. Then I’ll direct you to bite-sized chunks of content to watch, so you can take action immediately.

Your job is to take action, report on your results, and implement my feedback. That means I only want to work with people who can take feedback, implement, and report back on the results.

The program is broken into Levels. We start by identifying the level you’re currently at, then design a custom plan specifically for you.

Level 1: Solidify your target market and Nail Your Positioning(1-4 weeks): Here we’ll go deep into your core competency and who is the best type of client for your business. We’ll work to establish your authority and credibility to differentiate you as the clear choice for your ideal client.

Level 2: Build out your product/service (1-2 months): How you deliver your knowledge and expertise is just as important as what you do. Over the last 15 years, I’ve tried every method imaginable and I’ve developed a formula that will allow you to get results for your clients while creating the maximum amount of freedom for you.

Level 3: Craft Your Offer  (1-4 weeks): Here you’ll learn the principles of influence and persuasion. You’ll create an enticing, zero-pressure offer that positions your product or service as a ‘no-brainer’ for your ideal client.

Level 4: Deploy Your Marketing Strategy (1-4 weeks): With a product and offer created it’s time to turn our attention to marketing. I’ll show you how to find and attract clients who have both the desire for your help and the ability to buy from you.

Level 5: Get Feedback and Adjust: At this point, you’re ready to start taking on clients. As that happens we’ll take the results and feedback you’re getting and use them to refine and improve your process so you can take your business full-time.

As soon as you join The Collective we’ll kick things off with a 1:1 Game Plan call where I’ll assess where you’re at and what you need to focus on now.

During that call, I'll give you any training or other resources you need to accomplish the plan we laid out. No more, no less.

This eliminates the need for you to watch hours of training and spend more time getting results.
